Robb Bank$' first track with Rich Gang is a smooth killer. Listen to "Ask ??? Later" here.
Robb Bank$ has officially kicked off his tenure at Rich Gang by dropping his first new material since signing with Birdman, whose famous "Rich Gang" drops can be heard on both of Robb's new tracks. The first track Robb shared, entitled "Ask ??? L8tr," seems to be the intro track for his next project, which was thought to be called Falconia -- though that happens to be the title of his other new song.
Whatever project it opens up, "Ask ??? L8tr" is a promising start. Robb's tough bars and Cris Dinero's serene trap production are an intoxicating mix.
South Central and Atlanta connect on "Westside-Digital."
It's difficult to find two regions with more distinct regional rap sounds in 2017 than Atlanta and L.A. G Perico puts on for the latter across his new excellent new project All Blue, which establishes him as one of the most exciting new voices coming out of L.A., more specifically South Central. Meanwhile, Sonny Digital has been one of ATL's most in-demand producers for a few years now, and has since made major progressions as a vocalist. The two come together on All Blu's "Westside-Digital" which proves that the two regional styles are highly compatible. Things swing closer to Perico's stomping grounds in terms of production, while Sonny brings the casually stylish rap that Atlanta is known for.
Stream G Perico's full project here.
Robb Bank$ welcomes listeners to the delirious world of "Falconia."
"Is Robb Bank$ signed to Cash Money?" we asked earlier this year after he hinted at a deal with Birdman. If not Cash Money, then he's is clearly affiliated with Rich Gang, as those same Birdman drops heard on projects like Tha Tour Pt. 1 have been placed on both of Robb's new tracks. The second of the two new songs is called "Falconia," which was thought to be the title of Robb's next project. "Falconia" finds the Broward County rapper laying down gritty turn-up raps over a blissed-out club beat, courtesy of Nuri.
Robb also just shared a song titled "Ask ??? L8r," which -- wherever it lands -- is supposed to be an intro track.
Dolla $ign is at his emotional best on this collab from Cashmere Cat's "9."
Ty Dolla $ign and Cashmere Cat previously worked together on Ty's forgotten single "Drop That Kitty" with Tinashe and Charli XCX. Now, they've reunited on Cashmere's debut album "9" for an R&B ballad that makes the best use of their strengths. The shiny slow jam is co-written with the one-and-only Starrah, known for lending her pen to hits from Rihanna, Kevin Gates, Drake, Nicki Minaj, and more. Ty stretches his voice to the limit on the hook, singing to an ex who's now having second thoughts about leaving him. It's one of his most the most emotional vocal performances we've heard from the singer, and one that's perfectly complimented by Cashmere's warm synth textures.
Keep on asking me
What you should do with that n*gga
Thought you was in love
Now I don't wanna know it
Now you pullin' up
Telling me you goin' through it

You can use that mouth in other ways
'Cause want it now
I want it now
6LACK switches up the tone on the "PRBLMS" remix.
While the original PRBLMS featured an eerie beat, and a drugged out haunting vibe, the remix pulls a complete tonal shift. With a decidedly less sinister tone, 6lack, Childish Major & Jace team up to drop some smooth vocals on the "PRBLMS Remix. Fans of the classics will recognize and respect an interpolation of The Notorious B.I.G's classic "Big Poppa," sped up with some new percussion. The trio continues with the thematic direction of the original, touching on themes of unrequited love and pondering just how much distance is too much. With an additional verse to close the song, the PRBLMS remix may not reach the heights of the original, but remains a solid listen.
I can't explain it but just know it working for me
She text me "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you"
But how the fuck can you hate me?
When I ain't did shit, but be the real thang
She know I'm the real, that'll never change
I never been the one to try to explain
MC Eiht teams with WC & DJ Premier on west coast anthem "Represent Like This."
For his first solo album in ten years, west coast legend MC Eiht has teamed up with east coast legend DJ Premier. The album, titled Which Way Iz West, originated from Eiht's perception that the west coast was operating on an aimless trajectory. "Maybe we lost our way and we need to get back to what West Coast music really was," Eiht tells HipHopDX. "Make some music that got me in the door for some of those fans who have been riding with me since the beginning.”
The latest single "Represent Like This" features WC and Primo, and is unapologetically old-school west coast. Bonus points for g-funk whistles.
Two hard motherfuckas, west up
Wife beater, bandanna and a paper cup
Four deep two hats to the back,
One shooter on deck when the beef gon crack

The album also finds appearances from GLC, Asher Roth, Leon Thomas III and more.
I used to keep that 30 round at 17 years old
Cause n*ggas wanna separate my body from my soul
I just wrapped up my pack and put them bricks out on the road
Put them bricks out on the road
OG Maco drops off the new single "Off" featuring VA's Young Crazy.
OG Maco was originally scheduled to release the third installment in his self-titled EP series on April 23, but unfortunately that was “delayed cause [Maco] don't want the hoe ass label he's signed to , to pull down his project like they did BLVCK PHIL.” So to make up for the setback, Macs decided to come through this week and share a new song for the fans called “Off” featuring Virginia’s own Young Crazy.
Take a listen to the KinoBeats-produced heater & let us know what you think. #OGMaco3 coming soon. Stay tuned.

She ain't got no different, she don't got no table
We done watching Netflix, she ain't got no cable (okay no no)

I never had a place to call my own
I never had a home
Ain't nobody callin' my phone
Where you been? Where you at? What's on your mind?

Ludacris is the latest artist to jump on Bruno Mars' smash hit "That's What I Like."
It’s safe to say Ludacris is straight up prospering right now. Whether we're talking about the success of his latest single “Vitamin D,” which he's been promoting on various late night talk shows these past few weeks or talking about his record-shattering movie The Fate & The Furious, the ATL veteran has plenty to celebrate about these days. On Thursday he decided to have a little fun & release a new remix over Bruno Mars’ chart-topping single “That’s What I Like,” which recently saw another ATLien in Gucci Mane remixing it last week.
Take a listen to the Luda-upgrade and let us know what verse out of three you like best?
Every now and then, you like it rough
Sometimes you like it gentle
I just wanna make love all night
While we listen to the sounds of this instrumental
Treatin' your body like it Jell-O, booty like hello
Jiggle like Jell-O
Love it whenever you get ghetto
When I leave your body smokin' like a cigarillo
This here for grown folk, let's do it all night
And let Bruno sing it to you like...
Migos assist Katy Perry on her new single "Bon Appetit."
As warned, Katy Perry comes through today and releases her new single with the Migos called “Bon Appetite.”
However, the song has received a ton of criticism before it was even released. Katy’s fans are pissed that Migos, who are featured on the track, made homophobic and misogynistic remarks towards fellow ATL rapper ILoveMakonnen recently. And now Katy is getting the heat because she just accepted a National Equality Award last month at the Human Rights Campaign gala, kinda contradicting her reward by asking them to jump her on the single.
Nonetheless, many fans are still excited for the new radio-friendly single, and they should be. This has potential to be another smash hit. Hit play and let us know what you think. (Single available on iTunes)
'Cause I'm all that you want, boy
All that you can have, boy
Got me spread like a buffet
Bon appétit, baby
Appetite for seduction
- Katy Perry
Tory Lanez is back with "Shining."
What's this? New Tory Lanez and it's not even Fargo Friday. Tory Thursday maybe? The r'n'b singer-slash-rapper has been on a heavy grind since his debut album I Told You finally dropped almost a year ago. He's dropped two mixtapes and killed a series of shows, including a recent performance at Coachella. Meanwhile, as it tends to happen when you glo up, rumors and reports have been swirling concerning his personal life. He definitely has the right to boast, as he does on this take of DJ Khaled's "Shining" single. Boasting with blunt in hand the entire time, apparently.
Did he kill this beat? Let us know.
I'm hot whippin with the full clip
I'm Scott Pippen to the bull shit
I'm not tripping on you fuck boys
I'm getting sips with the full dip
I don't think that my girl's for me
Fly ass n*gga make a fly girl corny
Rising Brooklyn artist Ashoka returns with the new single "No Stress."

Showing off his rapid fire flow & slick wordplay, take a listen to the Jahmal Gittens-produced song and let us know what you think.
You been down and out, you working on the get back yeah
You don't want my help and I respect that yeah
Shawty you been in the gym, goddamn I noticed
Looking in your eyes, goddamn I'm focused
We been messing round since like way way back
Then we stray and we send the same text, where you at?
At long last, Wale has unveiled some concrete details surrounding his forthcoming Shine album. The tracklist, release date and cover, which was actually designed by Dedrick Strong (who Wale described as being one of his “talented fans“), have now all been unveiled.
The MMG rapper’s The Album About Nothing follow-up is all set to drop on May 5, and the project features 14 tracks and features from the likes of Lil Wayne, G-Eazy, Travis Scott, Chris Brown and more. Shockingly, Rick Ross doesn’t pop up on the album.

After famously proclaiming that there would be “No More Drama” in her life in 2001, Mary J. Blige seemed to finally find real love when she married her manager, Martin “Kendu” Isaacs, in 2003. But after the couple’s split last year — and the ongoing divorce battle that has reached Empire-level soap operatics — the drama is back in a big way.
Yet her divorce album, Strength of a Woman — the follow-up to 2014’s woefully underappreciated The London Sessions — does not mark the return of the young and restless MJB whose music thrived on pain. This Mary is, for the most part, above the hateration. In fact, the only time she expresses full-blown bitterness is on “Set Me Free,” which hints at some of the dirty details behind her breakup. Blige comes out swinging, spitting the lyrics: “Tell me how you figure that you made me and you gave me what I had before I met ya / And gon’ have it when you’re gone / And how you fix your mouth to say I owe you when you had another bitch and taking trips and shit with my money for so long.” On this fiery kissoff — one of four tunes that the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul co-wrote with her musical follower Jazmine Sullivan — she vows that “there’s a special place in hell for you” with some Aretha-esque flourishes.
Elsewhere, though, the tone is more muted and melancholy than you might expect from a scorned Blige. On the three consecutive ballads — “Indestructible,” “Thank You” and “Survivor” — that make up the bruised-but-not-beaten heart of the album, she is a resilient yet restrained force.
But the LP is missing a killer cut or two; the empowering title track is the closest thing to a classic MJB anthem. And Blige stumbles when she ventures into trap-infused territory on “Glow Up” (featuring Migos’ Quavo, DJ Khaled, and a wasted Missy Elliott), while the only song here for the dancerie — the soul-disco throwback “Find the Love” — pales next to the club jams on The London Sessions.
Blige fares better with the spiritual uplift that bookends Strength: the Kanye West-assisted “Love Yourself” and the straight-up gospel “Hello Father,” which riffs on Stevie Wonder’s “Jesus Children of America.” No matter what drama Mary may go through, she’s not going down.

SZA releases "Love Galore" feat. Travis Scott.
The anticipation for SZA's oft-delayed debut album CTRL is palpable. In March, she said that it's coming "ridiculously soon." Two weeks later, Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith promised that it will be the next TDE project to drop after Kendrick's.
Thursday afternoon, Tiffith unleashed her new single "Love Galore" feat. Travis Scott. Listen on SoundCloud and watch the rather steamy music video below.
CTRL can't be far away.
Should've never gave you my number
I did it with you
Should've never let you hit it
I split it with you
I regret it
You gots a fetish
You gots a problem
Now it's a problem
It's SHiNE season.
Wale announced last night that he's pushing the release of his album SHiNE up one week from May 5th to tomorrow, April 28th. He has now uploaded the song "Shine Season" to his official YouTube page, signaling that SHiNE season has in fact arrived.
"Shine Season" is a vehicle for Wale to spit as hard as possible, and take another swipe at Tomi Lahren. It reveals little about what SHiNE might contain, and instead stands alone as one last freebie before the album drops.
SHiNE features Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Chris Brown, G-Eazy, and more. Check out the tracklist here.
I got the moves like Sean tonight
I got the juice like soccer wives
I ain’t romantic but I got a Wraith
So take the pu**y under stars tonight
If it’s on then it’s on for life
If it’s squad then it’s squad for life
If it’s a foreign in your neighborhood
And you see a Ghost say Folarin in it right?
Jay IDK ignorantly delivers some knowledge on "OMW."
Jay IDK is on the way, so give him five minutes. Over a mellow track laced by Mike Hector (the man who brought us Kendrick Lamar's "God") Jay IDK exhibits a dope flow and some serious wit, especially when it comes to stealing Mike Dean's wifi. "OMW" is the new single off Jay's upcoming album, which will be released through a partnership with Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. IDK, an acronym for Ignorantly Delivering Knowledge, has already amassed a healthy following, and this single is sure to keep his momentum on the upswing.
Lean back, she ask where my team at,
I said this the game bitch, I live where your dream at
I live next to Mike Dean,
My life feel like sci-fi
I'm so fuckin' close I can use the nigga wifi
