Time for a BIG Paycheck
Paycheck is a high-schooler whose been rapping for about three months and has discovered that making music is therapeutic and a way for him to release his emotions in the form of art and music. His music, especially his upcoming music to be released, focuses on his emotions within his life and how he translates that into his music. Paycheck taken a lot of inspiration from artists like Ashtin Larold, Eminem, Abstract, Yung Gravy, Kanye West, and Chance the Rapper, among others that do more than rap, like Joji. With his last EP, “Take Off”, and it’s predecessor, “Abstract”, Paycheck tried to find his voice as an artist, which can be hard for a new rapper in the game. Paycheck said "it was hard to like figure out what people wanted from me. I know music was what I am meant to do as I’ve been writing + singing for years but only recently discovered that I actually have the capability to rap." He intends to release new music and his new style with The AMG #BlackFridayCypher which will allow him to express his new rap flow. Paycheck went on to say, "I have 3-4 other flows/styles that I can’t wait to show everyone, but until then, the cypher entry is just around the corner." Paycheck plans to use the cypher to launch his new image and sound and hopes that the music video he is working on will be an avenue for his music to reach new fans.
2018 looks to be a huge year for Paycheck as he plans on releasing a small EP in Q1 as well as a few singles from his album which is dropping early in 2018. "My hopes is that I can gain enough of a fanbase by the time the album drops to help offset the cost of studio time, but I’m willing to keep working hard if that doesn’t happen."

He had this to say about his song, Begin Again, "A phoenix is known to rise and fall endless times, never truly dying but only reincarnating to learn the lessons it never did. Matter can never be created nor destroyed, therefore every time i was broken down i built myself back up. I've suffered watching death, disorder, loss of family friends and home. Still i stand...The Phoenix...BEGIN AGAIN". Check out the track and drop some comments below if you are feeling the tunes!
