Michael Christmas drops new single "Not The Only One", alongside accompanying video.
Michael Christmas continues his signature blend of dope flow and self-deprecation on new single "Not The Only One." Produced by Durkin, the beat wanders along aimlessly, the perfect backdrop for Mickey Christmas' daydreamer swag. He knows he's messing up something, but he's not sure what. The chorus celebrates the introvert's dilemma where a trip outside is a victory lap, and Michael litters his verses with geek culture references en masse. This is a dude who, by his own admission "is way to soft to be trappin."
There's something endearing about an everyman like Christmas, whose insecurities and celebration of the banal are surely accessible to a lot of people. Check out our OTCU Feature on Michael Christmas here.
